Through Stress Rescue you will learn to recognize factors that cause stress, define the consequences of stress, and learn stress management tools. This will ease and transform stress in your life. In this workshop we will dive into many aspects of your life- financial, relationships, work, etc.- and find where the stress is created and how to manage it.
